Shipping Charges

Shipping charges include:

1. Shipping costs. We ship by USPS, FedEx and LTL Freight Companies, we will send your order by the safest and cheapest means possible.

2. Box costs. This is for a NEW box and packing materials. Some large items will require more than one box for shipping (top frames, large body panels, etc).

3. Handling. We are not a one man operation. We employ full time persons whose sole purpose is to ship. We ship 5 days a week all year long (holidays of course, excluded). The handling charge is anywhere from $1.00 on up per box depending upon the size and time required to package your items.

Our goal is to break even on shipping. We are not in business to make money on shipping and handling. Some other VW parts vendors may be one or two man operations that do not charge for their time to package your items and who don't ship every day. We do so much shipping every day and carry such a large inventory we have to employ shippers. Our goal is to ship your item the day you order it or the day after, at the latest, if your part is in stock.
